**I was drawn to this image for two reasons. First, for the old-time look of the image, the faded black and white colors. Second, I love landscape images, trees in particular. **

Massimo Grimaldi- "Prince Surface"

**I was drawn to this image because I love Prince. He reminds me of my mom, who also loves him, and I love my mom, so that’s cool**

Teri Greeves- "Great Lakes Girls" 2008
glass beads, bugle beads, Swarovski crystals, sterling silver stamped conchos, spiny-oyster shell cabochons, canvas high-heeled sneakers, 11 1/2 x 9 x 3 in.
Tipi: Heritage of the Great Plains February 18–May 15, 2011
**I was drawn to this image not because I would wear these shoes myself, but because women often talk about shoes as works of art. These shoes literally are!**
**I like this image because it shows a lot of movement. And it seems that even though she fell, they’re having a blast**
**I like this image because you can tell that without the help of this woman (mother? sister?) she would probably be falling a lot.**
**This image draws me in because it’s such a ‘boy’ picture. They seem to be racing**

Great blog, Sasha!
